Terms of Service Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Cerakote service. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.  

2. Services Provided

We offer professional Cerakote application services for auto motive, atv, power sports, knives, tools, and other equipment. Our services include preparation, coating, and finishing according to the package selected by the customer. 

3. Pricing and Payment

General pricing for our services are listed in our pricing tiers. Payment is required in full before the commencement of any Cerakote application. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms. 

4. Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for shipping their items to our facility. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance. Return shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.  

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the project and current workload. We strive to complete standard projects within 2-4 weeks. We will provide an estimated completion time upon receipt of the item. Expedited project completion time is available for an additional fee. 

6. Warranty

Our services are backed by a comprehensive warranty plan, which includes the following options:

7. Limitations of Liability

While we take utmost care in handling and processing your items, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by shipping or misuse of the item after the Cerakote application. Our liability is limited to the cost of the Cerakote service provided. 

 

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available unless there is a defect in the application process covered under our warranty terms. 

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that their items are legally owned and can be shipped and coated without violating any laws or regulations. Customers must provide accurate information and disclose any modifications or previous coatings that may affect the Cerakote process.  

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms of service will be communicated through our website or direct communication with customers.

12. Governing Law
